Order Questions
We will issue refunds or reprints for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. Please see our Refund Policy for more info.
In most cases, if you contact me within an hour after placing your order, I will do everything I can to honor your request. Reach out to me ASAP at Contact Me or via chat. Please note that if you receive a shipping notification email, it's likely too late to request changes.
Since all products are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on product type and demand.
