At Bleeds Blue Designs, all of my products are made-to-order and fulfilled by my production partners. Please review the following details about our shipping process:


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed withinΒ 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Since all products are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on product type and demand.


Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–8 business days after processing.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

  • Currently it is free standard shipping nationwide.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.


Delayed or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).

  • If your package appears lost, please contact me at Bleedsbluedesigns@gmail.com, and I will work with our production partner and the carrier to resolve the issue.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with my production partners to send a replacement at no additional cost.
